To ensure timely approval and payment to institution, please apply and provide recommendations 30 days prior to the start of semester or class.

Once the student has been accepted into the program, he or she must reapply, (without the letters of recommendation) each year here [hyperlink to reapplication link]

Checks for college and seminary students will be sent to the institution at the beginning of each semester. Palmer Seminary grants are paid upon completion of the classes as they are taken.

Students may qualify by articulating a call to ministry or missionary endeavor with the West Virginia Baptist Convention or American Baptist Churches, USA and with membership in a West Virginia Baptist Convention church.
